Cancellation & Refunds Policy

• Bookings can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance at no extra cost.

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session will be eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will not be eligible for a refund.

• If a session is canceled from our side (due to emergencies or scheduling conflicts), a full refund or free reschedule will be provided.

Shipping Policy

Since our services are digital consultancy sessions, there is no physical shipping involved.

• All services are delivered online via virtual calls/meetings.

• Upon successful payment, clients will receive an email confirmation with booking details.
